By purchasing a digital file from Whimsy Spark Creations, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design under the terms below.

You Can:

• Use the files to create physical products for personal use or small business sales (e.g., signs, decor, crafts)
• Modify the files for your own creative use
• Sell physical products made using the designs — including through print-on-demand platforms like Printify, Gelato, etc.
• Use the design in customer projects, as long as you’re not giving them the digital file

You Cannot:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any form (even if altered or customized)
• Include the file in any digital product, SVG bundle, or template collection
• Use the designs as part of a logo, brand identity, or trademark
• Mass-produce (500+ units) without contacting me first for special licensing

AI, Asset Theft & Redistribution

You may not:

• Upload the design or parts of it to AI generators, image datasets, or any tool that trains models
• Feed the design into asset libraries or open repositories (Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, etc.)
• Pass off my weird little designs as your own weird little designs
